Sostratus is a digital products company that creates and commercializes knowledge-based applications (infoapps). Each product offer operates under its own domain and brand, all owned and operated by:

Sostratus is the legal entity and merchant of record behind all products in its portfolio. Payment processing for all offers is handled through a single Stripe account registered under this entity.
Sostratus publishes digital knowledge products, each operating under its own dedicated domain with its own brand identity. Each product offer has its own Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy accessible at its respective domain.

All transactions across Sostratus products are processed securely through Stripe. The merchant of record on customer payment statements is Sostratus (52.946.146 Hugo Vinicios Rodrigues Candido, CNPJ 52.946.146/0001-28). Products are sold as one-time payments granting time-limited digital access, as specified in each product's individual Terms of Service.
All Sostratus products are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. By purchasing access to any Sostratus product, the buyer confirms they meet this age requirement. Sostratus reserves the right to revoke access without refund if this requirement is found to have been misrepresented.
All content across Sostratus products — including but not limited to text, design, structure, code, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive property of Sostratus and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchase of access to any product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
Sostratus products are provided for informational and educational purposes. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sostratus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any product in its portfolio.
Sostratus reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users at least 15 days before taking effect. The current version is always available at sostratus.app/terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagoa Santa, State of Minas Gerais, Brazil.
For purchase terms, refund eligibility, and data handling specific to each offer, please refer to the legal pages of each product domain. These institutional Terms govern the company entity and do not replace product-level documentation.
