Every Sostratus product offers a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase — no questions asked. Contact the support email of the product you purchased to request a refund.
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. This applies to all products in the Sostratus portfolio. After this window, purchases are considered final as full digital access has been delivered.
This policy is compliant with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC), which grants consumers the right to withdraw from remotely purchased digital products within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refund requests must be sent to the support email address of the specific product purchased — not to the Sostratus institutional email. Each product's support contact is listed on its domain.

All refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method via Stripe.
Access to the purchased product remains active while a refund request is under review. Access is revoked upon confirmation of the refund, not upon the request itself.

We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve all legitimate disputes quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks on purchases where access was fully delivered and the refund window has passed will be contested with Stripe.
